Visiting the zoo

Our day today was much blessed by the Lord. We saw some of the unusual creatures that He made, animals like camels, giraffes, tigers, elephants, hippos, rhinos, and even China's panda bear. There were little monkeys, big monkeys, and lots of animals with horns. The children played with bubbles and Jenna had a big time with Maylie her friend.

Tonight we introduced Jenna to her first Papa John's pizza. She liked it!! She enjoyed watching the many people in the mall walking around and the flashing lights. She is stretching her wings a little more each day and we expect tomorrow to be different than today. A little more adventuresome, she didn't seem to be bothered by our move to the White Swan Hotel. Also, she really liked the chocolates that the hotel left on the nightstand.

We can hardly wait for you to meet her in just a little over a week We are about at our halfway point in China now, so hopefully time will go quickly so we can be with family and friends once again.
